CULTURAL HERITAGE (KÜLTÜREL MİRAS)
''Cultural Heritage'' adlı eTwinning projesine Gazi Şahin Anadolu Lisesi olarak katıldık. Okulumuzun İngilizce öğretmeni Emine NİGAR yönetiminde 9. sınıf öğrencilerimiz Selin BOLAT, Firdevs Nur ASLAN, Kerem ERDEM, Ahmet KAPLAN Gülay KUTLU ve Ömer Duran AKTAŞ ile proje yürütülecektir. Avrupa ortaklı olan projede Sırbistan'dan 2 ve Türkiye'den 10 ortak olarak proje çalışmaları gerçekleştirilecektir. Projenin amacı, dünyayı sarsan covid-19 virüsü sebebiyle okullarımızdan ve arkadaşlarından uzak olan öğrencilerimizin motivasyonlarını artırmak ve kültürel değerlerimizin önemini hatırlatmaktır. Ayrıca bu projeyle öğrencilerin iş birliği içerisinde çalışabilecekleri bir ortam oluşturarak öğrencilerimizin web 2.0 araçlarını kullanma becerilerini geliştirmek ve artırmak hedeflenmiştir.
We participated in the eTwinning project "Cultural Heritage" as Gazi Şahin Anatolian High School under the direction of Emine NIGAR, our school's English teacher. The project will be carried out with our 9th grade students Selin BOLAT, Firdevs Nur ASLAN, Kerem ERDEM, Ahmet KAPLAN, Gülay KUTLU and Ömer Duran AKTAŞ. In the project, which is European partners, project work will be carried out as 2 partners from Serbia and 10 partners from Turkey. The aim of the project is to increase the motivation of our students who are away from our schools and friends due to the covid-19 virus that has shaken the world and to remind them of the importance of our cultural values. In addition, this project aims to improve and increase the skills of our students using web 2.0 tools by creating an environment in which students can work in cooperation.

We held our first online partner meeting at 20.00 on 09.01.2021 on online zoom. We have partners from every regions of Turkey and two from Serbia. We introduced ourselves and talked about the Project process. Then ,we shared our duties .It was very productive.

FIRST STUDENT WEBINAR
We held our first online meeting with my students on zoom at 14.30 on 21.01.2021. I gave information about twinspace and our project. They learned how to use the platform. They were very curious about twinspace and our project. It was a productive webinar for my students.

This evening, we had an online meeting with my project student on zoom at 21.30 on 07.02.2021. In order to raise awareness about safe internet use, we discussed how we should use the ınternet and what is the benefits and harms of the internet. We watched some videos on EBA. We had a quiz about Safer Internet Use and we got our certificates. We added our certificates on padlet.

Today, the first station is Italy. Firstly, we shared our duties and my students introduced Italy on google slides working collaboratively. Kerem gave information about the geographical features, Ömer introduced museums, Ahmet showed us historical places, Gülay gave information about Italian cuisine, Selin shared information about superstitions and Fidevs Nur showed us festivals. Finally, we transformed it and we prepared a presentation using the web 2.0 tool Powtoon.Thanks, my dear students.

We had an online February meeting with my project students on Zoom at 17.30 on 11.02.2021. We are going to do a presentation about Italy and we made duty assignments. My students are very curious about Italy and they have started to search for it.

Kahoot Game
After the partners of the project introduced the countries that they had chosen, we played a game on Kahoot. Each teacher prepared 2 questions, so there are 22 questions that each student is supposed to give answers to until 8 p.m on the 7th March.

My project students and I participated in the Social Responsibility project for women who lost their lives due to violence.

We talked about the traditional dishes and our food magazine. We reviewed our food magazine and learned new recipes from other regions. Then, we discussed the eTwinning promotion meeting to spread eTwinning projects in our district.
